Lexzur V9.24.0.0 – Release Highlights

Lexzur V9.24.0.0 extends what LEXA does across your daily work. LEXA finds tasks and contracts through natural language search and turns documents and receipts into matter and expense details, ready for your review. This release also brings redesigned experiences for task management, bulk bill payments, Client Portal matters, and notifications, alongside minor fixes and improvements.

1. Revamped Task Grid

The Task grid has been redesigned to follow Lexzur’s latest grid design system, with updated quick filters, flexible column management, and bulk archive and delete actions.

LEXA also brings natural language search to the grid, allowing users to describe the tasks they are looking for.

2. LEXA Finds Contracts Through Natural Language Search

Users can now describe the contracts they need in natural language. LEXA translates their requests into applied grid filters and displays the interpreted criteria, making it clear how each search has been applied.

3. LEXA Turns Documents and Receipts into Matter and Expense Details

3.1 Smart Document Upload for Matters and Cases

The Matter Add form now includes a Smart Document Upload block. Users can upload matter-related documents, and LEXA extracts information to automatically populate eligible system and custom fields.

Fields filled by LEXA are visually highlighted so users can review and confirm the details before saving.

3.2 Receipt Extraction for Expenses

The Expense Add form now includes an Extract from Receipt section. Users can upload a receipt, and LEXA automatically populates expense fields from its contents.

A side-by-side document preview helps users check the extracted details against the original receipt. The feature also supports smart tax percentage conversion and currency handling.

4. Revamped Bulk Bill Payments

The Bulk Bill Payment flow has been redesigned as a single-page experience. Payment details and related bills now appear together, allowing users to review both within the same view.
