Automation Hub now supports Scheduler triggers, allowing organizations to automate actions based on configurable schedules and conditions.

Teams can use scheduled automation to execute recurring business processes without manual intervention, helping reduce repetitive work and ensure important actions happen at the right time.

Automation Hub has been expanded with additional triggers, actions, and conditions to support more advanced workflows across Lexzur.

New capabilities include related record events, note-based automation, contract amendment and addendum triggers, dynamic reminder scheduling, Client Portal attachment controls, and automated LEXA Prompt execution during workflow transitions.

These enhancements give organizations greater flexibility to automate processes around their operational requirements.

2. LEXA

2.1 Introducing LEXA Agents & Workflows

LEXA now includes a dedicated Agents & Workflows management experience, enabling organizations to create reusable AI agents and multi-step AI workflows directly within Lexzur.

Organizations can configure reusable AI agents and connect them through multi-step workflows, making it easier to apply AI consistently across legal and business processes.

3. Billing and E-Invoicing

3.1 Introducing UAE E-Invoicing

Lexzur now supports UAE E-Invoicing, enabling organizations to generate electronic invoices in line with the UAE’s e-invoicing framework.

This enhancement helps streamline invoicing processes while supporting regulatory compliance in the UAE.

4. Client Portal

4.1 Client Portal Request Configuration Revamp

PRACTICE and CONTRA Request Type configuration has been redesigned with a modern interface and expanded configuration capabilities.

7.1 CONTRA Review Workspace Revamp

The Contra Review Workspace has been redesigned to make contract review and approval more visual and efficient.

The updated workspace introduces document thumbnails, visual approval and signature indicators, improved navigation, and direct access from approval and signature notifications, helping users navigate contract reviews with greater clarity and efficiency.

7.2 Custom Pages with Sections

CONTRA now supports configurable Custom Pages with sections, giving administrators greater flexibility in how contract information is structured and displayed.

Custom fields can be organized into clearly defined sections, allowing organizations to create layouts that better reflect their contract management processes and internal requirements.

8. User Management and Delegation

8.1 Flexible Out of Office Scheduling

Out of Office management now supports configurable start dates, allowing users to schedule future absences in advance.

This enhancement helps organizations maintain seamless delegation and workload coverage while giving users greater flexibility when planning upcoming leave or periods of unavailability.

9. Additional Improvements

Additional minor bug fixes and improvements have also been made across the platform.
