As the legal practice innovates further to adopt digital technologies, the digital technologies that serve the legal market are innovating alongside legal practitioners. Lexzur, the leader in Legal Practice Management, and Contract Management Lifecycle technology, and Document Automation has developed and released their highly functional Webex Integration.

Edit & Collaborate on Contracts, Securely, during Webex Meetings!

Users are now able to collaborate, edit, and finalize all details of a contract during their live calls on Webex, without exiting the meeting. Additionally, users can review and make edits to their documents in real-time, add or remove certain clauses from a contract, and set permissions to allow access to specific users. This allows legal practitioners the flexibility to respond to comments, raise concerns, and react immediately to client or partner feedback. Consequently, legal practitioners are finally able to avoid spending weeks attempting to collaborate using offline sheets, and collecting data from multiple sources at different times, increasing their productivity and ability to complete tasks efficiently.

How & Why It Works:

The Lexzur Webex Integration is an embedded app that is developed by Lexzur within the Webex app. To get started, users will require an active Webex account as well as an Lexzur account subscription. Through the connectivity of Lexzur and Webex, meeting hosts are able to gain access to their contracts alongside their Webex meetings and make edits on contracts in real-time as if they are logged into Practice by Lexzur. Additionally, the hosts are able to share contract updates with meeting participants. In line with this, participants can view and edit contracts after being granted access from the host. However, the host is the sole individual who is able to approve and commit the changes made by other meeting participants.

Moreover, the Lexzur Webex Integration allows lawyers to further digitize their legal practice in a unique and secure way, as it is inherently a secure and closed environment. Through collaborating in secure Webex meetings, legal practitioners are able to efficiently adapt contracts in line with consistent updates, changes, and amendments from multiple parties. As the integration is a minor element of the broader Lexzur Legal Practice Management ecosystem, users are able to follow-up on changes to contracts, request signatures from all involved parties, and access related documents immediately.

Key Features:

  • Easily view and refer to “Recently Visited Contracts” saved in Lexzur within Webex meetings
  • View details of Contracts without needing to exit Webex meetings
  • Edit Contract Details and automatically update documents saved in Lexzur
  • Draft & Collaborate Documents (within real-time collaboration as the host makes the document editable in the Lexzur Word Editor). Try Lexzur for free.
